Florence eBinders vs EDGE: Which is a better fit?

I like the ability to customize the binder structure. I really love how there is a document count for folders so you don't have to open each one to see if there is anything filed in it.

I hate that there are duplicates and they have to be in there until the 1 person can go and delete one. The system should ask, are you sure you want a duplicate copy entered.

Florence eBinders provides great storage, current save time, helpful guides, and truly the best customer service I've experienced with any company.

Confusing experience, have been using it for years and I'm still learning things about it.

I really like the ease of Florence. Not only is it easy to navigate, but it is also so user friendly.

I dislike having to sign in so many times during the day instead of staying logged in.

I like the overall features of training videos, playground stays active for training and ease of implementation. I really like all the features offered to keep the research study and files organized.

The signatures were difficult to place in the right slot.

The EDGE team are superb - always available for queries, friendly and prepared to help, and there's a great community of EDGE users, happy to share their knowledge and experience.

No drag and drop option available for documents.

This is a great idea and brings to the forefront the ideology of one NHS promoting best practice through sharing best practice. Support team are absolutely great.

The inability to give users from one organisation access to another - a lot of our students run their own studies and work at a hospital during this time, so will often have multiple log-ins.

The software is extremely well tailored to our research landscape and very customisable. The team are extremely helpful when you have any queries and brilliant at sharing knowledge.

The downside is that the research project is also entered onto the system by the national team which causes duplicate entries.

A good document storage alternative. A fantastic team behind and responsive support.

This is a hindrance for sites that want to use EDGE for more than just a performance tool.
