EDGE vs eClinPro CTMS & eSource: Which is a better fit?

The EDGE team are superb - always available for queries, friendly and prepared to help, and there's a great community of EDGE users, happy to share their knowledge and experience.

This is a great idea and brings to the forefront the ideology of one NHS promoting best practice through sharing best practice. Support team are absolutely great.

The inability to give users from one organisation access to another - a lot of our students run their own studies and work at a hospital during this time, so will often have multiple log-ins.

The software is extremely well tailored to our research landscape and very customisable. The team are extremely helpful when you have any queries and brilliant at sharing knowledge.

The downside is that the research project is also entered onto the system by the national team which causes duplicate entries.

A good document storage alternative. A fantastic team behind and responsive support.

This is a hindrance for sites that want to use EDGE for more than just a performance tool.

The feature I appreciate the most in eClinpro is the ability to tailor it to your preferences, ensuring that your ideas are heard and, more often than not, implemented successfully.

To make the source document and that there is no Spanish masters source documents.

Support has been awesome. Very friendly and open to suggestions to making the system operate better.

I think the company is expanding and they do not have some of the things we need just yet. I know they may be getting them but that is my only complaint.

I am very impressed with the communication I have with my patients through email or SMS on eClinpro. I also like the fact that we can electronically sign any documents needed.

Some features on Eclinpro can be a little bit confusing.

I have been using eClinPro for my clients and overall it offers a really good experience, the budget setting is very easy to use. It helps keep track of all invoices and payments for the study.

Mainly because the company takes feedback very seriously and is able to implement a change or addition in a very short amount of time.
