RefNow vs Vitay: Which is a better fit?

Referencing is so important to us and we really appreciate RefNow’s amazing customer service.

Ihad my doubts and a big sigh when it was sent to me. Alot of these type onboarding platforms are so reptetive and unnecerssarily complicated.

That it was very friendly to use it to recommend a partner for a job. I do it at my own time, and you have the flexibility to do it once you are free of work.

Not very user friendly, no option to go back without losing all data entered.

Ref now has an awesome ease of use which is super awesome for any form of business.

I really can't pinpoint anything I would say I dislike about RefNow.

Very nice, efficient and reliable tool which gives true reflection of personnel.

Slightly too long and not sure of relevance of some.

Ease of implementation, intuitive to use, cost effective and helps improve our efficiency.

Not having options to make mobile number mandatory. No spot to add the title of the position that the applicant is applying to.

The Vitay team has been very responsive to our feature requests, feedback, and troubleshooting issues. The team is always friendly and helpful and has been a great experience to work with them.

It can sometimes to be difficult to add/delete users from our account.

Amazing, if you have any questions you can reach out to them for support and they keep making QOL updates that make the software better to use everytime.

Unsure, I can not think of anything for this section.

I like that I can customize the questions I want answered on work references. If I had any kind of issue, the customer service department quickly took care of it.

I can't think of something I don't like about the software.
