We love the ease of use and the ability to implement this software throughout our company.

Missing some features that competitor software has had for years. Inability to turn some features off which detracts from the overall user experience.

We've been happy with the progress we've made so far and are very excited to debut the site when we have completed the set up.

There are a lot of missing features that in today's day, I believe should be a part of the software. It is very hard to collect information from a client ordering products.

Customer service and product support is very good. Techs are responsive and helpful.

Awful administration page. Very difficult to master.

The Customer Service has also been wonderful. My EFI support team has been a real pleasure to work with.

I am also very disappointed that MarketDirect does not integrate easily with Monarch.

A great company with a skilled and supportive team, along with an outstanding product that offers extensive services and a wide range of integrations.

Dont really have anything I can say is reall wrong with the system.

The pricing is reasonable, the customer service is great, the software itself is fantastic.

Time lags between our front end system and Despatch Cloud in terms of order transfer and stock management.

The system itself is excellent. The first huge improvement we noticed was the speed of the system itself, the load speed is around 10 x faster than what we were experiencing with CCP.

Tricky to set up to start with unless you have experience.

Despatch Cloud gives me the ability to add many channels and couriers around my own piece of software giving me a huge advantage against my competitors.
