Anyone looking for the most user friendly one-way video interviewing platform. Hireflix is trusted worldwide across segments from Startups backed by Y-Combinator to companies in the stock market.
Then add on top of that they are the cheapest/ best feature per price and hands down an extremely ethical and devoured customer success company.
Nothing comes to mind with things I would've improved/things I disliked.
We are now processing interviews at 10x the speed. Hireflix's platform works incredibly well - it's amazing that such a simple and easy platform can do such a wonderful job at processing applicants.
On some occasions we have had a sound problem, and a candidate who has not received the invitation for his interview (with emails from Hotmail especially). But generally there has been no friction.
I have had the absolute best experience not only as a product user, but as a customer. I have had no better treatment and dedication from their team from any other company as a customer.
I suppose if you don't like recording yourself that would be a negative, you certainly have to sit down and prepare the questions ahead of time, but that really didn't take long.
It focuses the time of my team on the candidates that have the most chances to find a good fit with us. This benefits all the candidates and our company and employees.
We are using it to make the first cut in the selection process.
Alexis: Hi, I'm Alexis, I'm a recruiter. I give Hireflix a five out of five. For more reviews, please click below. Prior to Hireflix, I chose to use Spark Hire. In the end Spark Hire didn't give me exactly what I was seeking. I was looking for a few other features that I found that Hireflix was able to provide. I was also looking at Google, the Google Meet recording system, that's part of the premium package. It also didn't offer me what I was looking for. And so that is why I ultimately decided to choose Hireflix. There were a few reasons why I decided to go with Hireflix. The competitors I found had a couple of things that I didn't particularly care for. One was that Hireflix didn't require a signup process. So the candidates didn't have to create an account in order to use Hireflix, which was something that I thought it was an extra step for candidates in some of the competitors, the other products, it was a little bit of a cumbersome process. So that was one advantage that I liked with Hireflix is that you send them the link, they just click on it, they add their name and that's it. They're able to begin the interview process. Another very important issue for me was that some of the other products had limits on the times that candidates had to speak. And they were very short. So two or three minutes, two or three minutes max for each question that you could have on the tool. Whereas Hireflix would allow you to have somewhere between eight or nine minutes per question. So it allowed me to have questions, interview questions that permitted the candidate to respond with more in depth responses which was important for me. Another interesting thing, at least in my particular case is that Hireflix allows you to use multiple logos. So as a recruitment business owner, being able to use the logo of the client is something that adds a, it's a very nice touch for the candidate. Whereas with some of the other products on the market, you can pretty much just only have one logo registered to the account. So that was something that I also thought was really interesting, at least as a recruitment business center. And then probably the last reason was price. So this was, Hireflix offered a very competitive price that I felt was more kind of bang for your buck. So it hit on or checked a lot of boxes that I was looking for at a price that I thought was very fair and very affordable compared to some of the other products out there where I felt very limited with what I could do. And I felt that they were a little bit higher on price point. Hireflix is incredibly easy to use. Once you sign up, all you have to do is log on, create your account, add the logos, and you are essentially ready to go. So it doesn't require any kind of integration. It's not a cumbersome process, so you can sign up and within five minutes essentially get ready. All you have to do is begin clicking on your or recording your interview questions. So once they're complete, all you have to do is then send them to your candidates or invite your candidates to, with the link that's provided for that particular role. I would recommend that if you are entertaining the idea of introducing a one-way recorded video interview, that you consider Hireflix for a number of reasons. Competitive price points, ease of sign-up not only on the owner side, in my case, but also on the candidate side. I think that the ease for the candidate to use the product is very easy. It doesn't require the signup, it doesn't require any kind of creating an account. So it is very attractive, I think, for the candidate to be able to just easily go in and begin recording. I also think that in my case, because I am a recruitment business owner, the feature of being able to use a client's logo as part of the interview process is a really great way to brand the experience for the candidate. It benefits not only the candidate, as part of their journey through the process, but it's also a really great way to make them feel part of the client's process as well. Which is, can be tricky if you're a recruitment business owner, because you are a third party. So I think that those are all really strong reasons if you are looking at introducing a one-way recorded interview tool. I think also perhaps one more that just came to mind is that this really allows you to have great flexibility around scheduling. And so not only on the interviewer side, but also on the candidate side, because interviewers can access the platform at any time of day and can interview whenever it is most convenient for them. So this is especially helpful if you work across a number of time zones because that can always prove to be tricky in terms of scheduling. So I think that those are all of the major things that at least went into my thinking and what I would recommend for anyone else who's considering Hireflix or a similar tool.
