The Software looses and malfunctions a lot and there is almost no way to fix the issues because nothing is editable. I called Customer Service and they have no record of my concerns or issues.

Extremely hard to get IFTA reports out of it and to fix any logs or see how logs are doing. Hard to see violations and hours of service.

One Step GPS is an easy to use web-based application as well as iOS app. Both are super easy to use integrates well with ServiceTitan and they offer fantastic customer support.
Instead, vehicle trail and stopping points are marked, it's just hard to know the order of events. I mentioned this to them and they already have it submitted to their engineering team.

The onine interface is also great. I love how it helps me keep track of all my maintenance needs.
