This was very user-friendly and I was very happy with the results. I also like that it was easy to share the link and the QR codes.
Sometimes would get an error that didn’t give me any information on what was going wrong, so that was frustrating.
I loved the ease of using it and getting it shared on social media platforms. Seeing the items and the bids in real time was great.
Had some problems with folks needing refund and to pay again. Seems to have a little difficulty handling large volume of bids on final day.
I also really appreciated the ability to supplement the auction with items from winning bidder where we generated 40% or 80% of the sales price.
Travel Pledge allowed us to include a silent auction for our annual poker tournament when we would not have been able to have one without them due to lack of inventory and time.
I also loved the ease at which the winning bidders were billed and then sent the appropriate certificates without any involvement needed from me.

Stable platform that looks good and can deal with a lot of traffic. Friendly customer service who not only explain features but help incorporate any special requirements we have.

Excellent softweare for online auctions, adaptability for other languages can be improved.
Literally the only thing that I would change or that I struggled with a little was the getting the layout for the invoice right. Positioning my logo and going over to 2 pages threw things out a bit.
Easy to use and with some good features that make buying and selling straightforward and fair.
On the day of the auction sometimes the site has not worked or there have been difficulties registering if the password has been forgotten.
We've always found the team to be very supportive and helpful - they are keen to take on feedback so they can develop features/functionality.
Limited customisation possibilities for other languages and regulations of other countries.
