EchoVantage vs Zoobook EHR: Which is a better fit?

I love the ease of the use of this program. It is easy to find what I want and need.

We are still struggling with the claims as not all of the boxes are populating correctly.

The program is user friendly and easy to learn and has a great Dr. First Integration.

There is only one feature that I would change and that is the calendar, when you are looking at the calendar from a team point of view or a week or month very hard to read.

As a licensed drug and alcohol counselor I’ve found this system and their approach to be super effective.

Specifically I think the client list should be limited to staff caseload or omitted altogether.

I have enjoyed my experience with EchoVantage. It has improved tremendously since our agency has first started using it.

There are a few sections that are repetitive and I think that if we cut the repetitive parts out then it could go even quicker.

I appreciate the ease of use of zoobooks. The system is streamlined and makes it easy to facilitate continuity of care with other professionals.

Trouble navigating the EHR as I am not yet familiar with the zoobook.

Zoobook is a great system, especially for its colors and Support Team. They are very helpful and have the ability to customize the system to fit your workflow and your staff members as well.

Before I got into the recurring meetings with [sensitive content hidden], I thought it was really hard to use the billing system on Zoobook.

The Widgets system is also great and very easy to use. As for their Support Team, they are excellent at organizing meetings and replying to emails.

Even though I'm an administrator, my access is limited; I can't delete or edit.

I have been with Zoobook for more than a year, and the system was very great. We had to make some changes, but overall, I had a great time with them.

I use it to schedule daily clients at a Substance abuse clinic.
