The electronic raw data designed by caliber is very nice it is very similar to traditional raw data style and COA template is very good.
There are a lot of unacceptable bugs or design flaws in the software that should have been caught during their QC or QA testing.

Using Bookkit has been a great success; both from the operators and user perspective. The benefits have been seen by all.
Currently users have been block booking for the whole week but then that all falls under "one" booking even if it is across multiple days.
