Bizneo HR vs Suggestion Ox: Which is a better fit?

They need an a inbox mail. They have some problems with multiposting in linkedin.

We improve our candidate pool easily with multiposting. The customer support is one of the best things that that company has, allways helping and giving the best they have.

We are having problems with new Linkedin licence integration (for four months!) and with google calendar and mail integration since almost a month.

I like that Bizneo HR offers great HR features and is an all in one tool. The talent management capabilities are amazing and I also like the performance management features.

Sometimes it seems that we have to repeat the problem to the support team again and again and not always have a clear answer.

It's also perfect for managing time by tracking work schedules, organizing vacations and synchronizing absences. Its ease of use and the availability of a free trial only testify to its greatness.

Overall this is solid software for anyone that needs to receive anonymous feedback. I love the ability to respond to messages through the software, maintaining anonymity for all involved.

We originally had access to multiple boxes, but the program changed and we lost this without notice. Many features that were previously available to us now require an upgrade to the subscription.

Great way to offer employees the ability to submit anonymous feedback to leadership.

We also use it for Compliance. If an employee sees someone doing a compliance violation, they can report it without any fear of possible retaliation.

I love having a place where employees can share their ideas, concerns, feedback, etc. while being anonymous.

The only cons I can think of are lack of filters for exporting boxes and no ability for an individual employee to be alerted of a response.

The anonymity is the main feature our company appreciates as well as it's ease of use.

We use Suggestion Ox as our anonymous Feedback box. Based on what I have seen, it is limited in capabilities, but it fills a need for us.
