WinTeam vs Lighthouse.io: Which is a better fit?

WinTeam is easy to use and is a great all in one software. The various security settings are great for setting up the appropriate access for users.

Originally the fact that it was cloud based scared us, but we were wrong.

It is the best BSC software package out there. To have all of the software needs under one roof and not have several systems to accomplish the task is quite helpful.

Cumbersome and often unintuitive to navigate. I know t has the capacity to deliver many useful metrics, but I feel I'm missing out due to an inability to run them or even know that they exist.

It has saved us a great deal in time and especially money as we now do all our payroll in house. Our support team is very helpful and responsive.

It dies often make more basic processes more difficult than they need to be.

Overall, I have found this to be a solid product and when help is needed the customer service is wonderful. Everyone has always been very kind and helpful.

And I don't like the limited invoice customization available.

The Lighthouse team have been fantastic. Any knowledge gaps they are very responsive and have assisted without fuss Great product and would highly recommend.

Multiple inactive users throughout the day which might be due to having bad reception on site.

The team is always available and happy to assist. The software system is the most advanced system that I have seen, the technology is amazing.

We had problems with tracking security guard movements across our sites.

The customer service is fantastic, they have responded quickly to all our questions and needs. They are always asking us for input and improving the product.

The back end system is sometimes difficult to get the type of reports we wanted. However Ben and his team have allways developed and implemented what ever reporting we required.

I like working with the team. They are very helpful and develop what you want.
