Chmeetings vs SteepleMate: Which is a better fit?

During their hours of operation, they answer RIGHT AWAY. It is mind-blowing and I am so happy and love them so much for this.

To date I don't know that I have found any function that I use that I would say was bad or difficult to use.

The team's leadership is very passionate about the product, they welcome new ideas and suggestions for improvement.

The only complaint I would have is it's not as easy to get to the texts. I have to click multiple things to be able to get to what I'm needing.

Let me start by this, you get the best and most helpful, super swift support you can imagine; [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is always there to answer and support all our inquires. For me this is top reason.

I taught my trustee the program in a day. We are still learning; however, the struggle is so much smaller knowing that we can see the information at any given time from anywhere.

The ease of use cannot go unnoticed. I am impressed with how it meets the needs of our church both from the administrative view and the member view, The blog and notifications are great features.

I do not think I remember the cons or disadvantages.

Like the software and the ease of use. Going to make a great improvement in our systems that we use at the church.

Too early into the use to have any negative comments.

Communication is great and organization of all aspects is great.

The member management feature is clunky, and it is difficult to edit several people in one setting. There should be an option to hide unnecessary columns.

It has been a smooth transition using it. Customer service has been excellent.

I like that the company always listens to my feedback making the product even better.
