Like I mentioned in the title, I love the new layout and how mobile friendly it is.
I was not able to do the complete training due to the lack of employees , so familiarity with product was not fully available leaving me with do an overnight run to prep for the day of install.

Another system error that constantly encounter is each time we edit the comment box in guest reservation page, the room charges will automatically change to ZERO.
So far is good, The soft in Team is very good n efficient.
Guest database duplicate , hard to search for guest details.
On boarding is easy and with a dedicated team to assist with on boarding and an account manager to manage our account in the event of any issue.
I reckon IC reader is relatively important for all hotels. Its a bit inconvenient when front office has to manually input customer's data meanwhile customer has to wait a little longer to check in.
