The product is great but the best part of TotalView is working with the developers at PathSolutions. Great customer support and great people.
A little more explanation of some of the features within the product. I'll have to admit some of its most used features and screen were those I stumbled on.
The assessment reporting tool is outstanding. I like the ease of you use of the dashboard for quick display of issues or areas that need attention.
It's hard to complain - if I ask for something and it's not impossible to do it has eventually found its way into an update.
These guys are fantastic. The engineers and developers behind the product are truly dedicated to bringing a feature-rich and powerful tool to everyday network engineers.
I don't really feel there are any cons. I've tried other network monitoring systems and they are always difficult to set up and maintain.

Which was super simple to implement. We are in the process of implementing asset management, which has caused some issues that were easily resolved by customer support.
I wasted time finding the data I wanted and maintaining all the docker containers, servers, web subscriptions, etc. As a one-man shop, I need to maximize my time and automate everything possible.
The are always very nice, helpful and seem to enjoy what they do. They are very interest in feedback and the Open Office Hours are awesome.
I still use a couple of those other tools but in a much more limited and non-critical capacity.
Love the software it work wonderfully and does what we need it to and they get some extra points for adding holiday lights to the service during Christmas time.
Billing system is complicated. Price is too high for the limited features I use.
