We have effortlessly been able to connect (with great conversion) with recruits in our market. Also, customer service has been incredibly helpful anytime an issue has come up.
When recruits text back sometimes it can be hard for me to tell who they are on my phone. I have my phone to delete texts after 30 days and so I lose their name in the text after that.
I have always gotten top notch service from support. They are great about helping me integrate the latest data from BrokerMetrics when I have asked for help.
Sometimes I have difficulty following the instructions, particularly about importing, merging and updating data.

We're not sure about the texting feature because the program uses their own phone numbers rather than the managers' cell #s.
Ease of use - this is great for folks that aren't techies - and the support team is great anytime you have questions.
They are disputing my bank disputes and telling the bank that I signed a contract, which I did not, so my banks and credit card company had to reverse the charges.

After over a year of stress, countless hours, and no actual support beyond generic videos and unhelpful customer service, I was denied my refund request. Their guarantee is misleading.

The leads are horrible and a waste of time. I had several meetings with them.
I liked the way the program is set up , the crm is easy to use and they guarantee you leads. I like that they offer training, there customer support great.
When I went to cancel the website, that's when things went left. They locked my account, kept my money and I had to dispute it with my bank and credit card companies.
