I love how quick and easy it was to setup and use a free account and that you can pay only for what you need on top of the free option. This makes it very affordable for all.

It used to be a pain, emailing documents to sign to customers or suppliers. Printing out the document, sign it, scan it, email it again to notice a signature on some page.
Love the app and have had great customer service experiences in additionto the great quality of the system itself.
We have not discovered any true cons thus far. Do they lack features that other "big guys" lack.
Another great feature is the signing reminders - this has been a godsend particularly for clients that I don't want to *personally* hassle.

I like that I don't have to sign everything in person, but everybody can do that in the convenience of their own home. I love that it is very easy to use.

Perfect for beginners but has a ton of options and is very customizable and can be a great tool for seasoned pros or developers.

A lot of it was just email, putting PDFs on email attachments and having it go back and forth and back and forth. So, yeah. Well, it's a lot easier than sending documents back and forth by email. I like the fact that it keeps me updated when someone has viewed it. It does the work for me of reminding clients that there's a document for them to sign off, instead of me chasing them up by email. I also like the fact that there's a introductory free tier available, because a lot of times I want to get my clients using this tool, but I don't have to go through a process of also convincing them to put it in place as part of improving their systems. So it's a nice way to get them onto a platform like this. So yeah, just all round, it's been very useful. It was a breeze. I just went through the sign-up process, and I got going. I don't know, it couldn't have been more than five minutes, probably. Well, definitely with the clients that I work with, part of what we do is to help them improve their financial management, but a lot of times that's also connected to their administration. So I always recommend SignWell to them to just help improve their processes.
