I've asked other users, and the community at large, and it looks like this is just me, because no one else has this issue. I'm assuming it may be some odd caching conflict.

It used to be a pain, emailing documents to sign to customers or suppliers. Printing out the document, sign it, scan it, email it again to notice a signature on some page.
Love the app and have had great customer service experiences in additionto the great quality of the system itself.
We have not discovered any true cons thus far. Do they lack features that other "big guys" lack.
Another great feature is the signing reminders - this has been a godsend particularly for clients that I don't want to *personally* hassle.
Some predefined templates to fetch the details from Forms (typeform/involveme) and populate to form in the form of drag and drop element.
The ability to edit pdfs and save on your desktop. I don't have adobe pdf so this was a great way to edit and sign the documents I needed to.
The file savings or reupload feature can be a little confusing at first for google drive.
I liked the ability to sign documents online and save them as a pdf after.
I think the lumin app is a bit difficult to use.
The software is super user friendly and really helps a lot will all of the work I need to get done quickly.
The cursor/selector tool can be a bit finicky at times, but that's my only (tiny) complaint.
The integration with google drive makes it the best for me. The files can be directly accessed and saved through the drive.
At this moment I do not have any things that I dont like about Lumin.
Henry L.: Hi, I'm Henry from Trajectory Financial, and I definitely give SignWell a five-star rating. A lot of it was just email, putting PDFs on email attachments and having it go back and forth and back and forth. So, yeah. Well, it's a lot easier than sending documents back and forth by email. I like the fact that it keeps me updated when someone has viewed it. It does the work for me of reminding clients that there's a document for them to sign off, instead of me chasing them up by email. I also like the fact that there's a introductory free tier available, because a lot of times I want to get my clients using this tool, but I don't have to go through a process of also convincing them to put it in place as part of improving their systems. So it's a nice way to get them onto a platform like this. So yeah, just all round, it's been very useful. It was a breeze. I just went through the sign-up process, and I got going. I don't know, it couldn't have been more than five minutes, probably. Well, definitely with the clients that I work with, part of what we do is to help them improve their financial management, but a lot of times that's also connected to their administration. So I always recommend SignWell to them to just help improve their processes.
