Awesome tool, specifically the extension to connect to my LinkedIn account. Was extremely easy to use, and I was able to grab some really good leads from it.
I did send them a note about this explaining my concerns, and received a rather arrogant reply, so their customer service is not customer-friendly or willing to accept constructive criticism.
Awesome, loved the tool and the customer support people were always here to help out with any issues I had which thankfully were down to a minimum.
Inability to archive easily or export companies.
Outstanding, I used other software too but Getprospect is amazing and easy to use.
If you didn't have many prospects to find their email address, you might be wasting your subscription because the usage counter resets every month whether you have a subscription or not.
Overall, I am happy with that GetProspect contributed to good achievements in the previous 12 months of operation in my Biz.
We don’t like that sometimes the program gives false data. What I mean specifically is that the contact information that is pulled doesn’t work or isn’t accurate/updated.
I can't believe that something so simple can be so effective, but it really is. happierleads is a great lead-gen tool that will help your team grow.
Too much entries that are fakes (counts as 5 sec session but probably it is a bot). Long learning period (over 10 days in my case), and still Albacross identifies more companies.
I absolutely like having more information, and this kind of information I could never otherwise get before. It's great to know potential leads and in general people interested in your business.
Taking out our own website as it shows our employees visiting and counting towards visit. We are strangely getting lots of those companies who are IT.
The software is easy to setup and use and gives you excellent data. I used to used Albacross but switched due to the better quality of leads at a better price.
I doubt anyone will be 100 percent accurate. But I regularly find very relevant leads from it.

If a lead browses then it is able to identify the company information but is unable to pin point the user who browsed for information, which makes the outreach a bit difficult.

I saw other products like Lead Forensics, Lead Feeder. And I found that they look like they're quite expensive. But I like the concept, so when I saw Happierleads was very reasonably priced, and seemed to also have more features than the others, I decided to give Happierleads to shot. I saw that Happierleads seemed to have more features than some of the other providers, such as one of the concerns I had was if people were visiting from mobile phones, or at smaller sized companies that may not have business addresses. But Happierleads seemed to be able to cover them better than the other providers. It was so easy to integrate Happierleads. I literally just logged in, I cut the code and put it on my site and it was done. It was so simple and easy to use. I really like the concept. I think everyone should give it a shot, because when you can see who's visiting your website, it gives all sorts of more interesting analytics than the likes of Google analytics. You can find it so much more. And you get an idea if there are people visiting, you might understand if you can guess why they're visiting. If they're people that you know, or that know you, whether they're competitors, or whether they're actually people who might be interested in buying your services. It gives good insight as well, even to know how long they stayed on the site for. And I really like this feature. And then as well to be able to follow up, and whether it's an instant followup, or waiting a while and then following up, I like to have that choice. But just the knowledge of knowing a bit more about the potential clients, that just gives me a heads-up and I really like this concept.
