Thanks to the chance to save questions at the question bank, I solved this problem with Test Invite. When you need to make minor changes to a question or re-use the question is easy.
Sometimes the test links don't reach the participants, and there is no way to diagnose the problem. What we have to do is create another ticket and resend or use another email.

The pdf created after the test has some problem while displaying sign"<", "less than sign.
I have been using this application since 2011, and the overall (ease of use) are really great. Its fully configurable that makes great for all kind of usage.
Drag and drop for reporting. Application need to be in European language.

Not compatible with IOS Devices many time students faces problem with MAC.
