Its the combination of very easy to use and very powerful. I like the lead-generation with e-mail notification and the smart configurator.
Your tech support person didn't seem to think this was a problem, he said that could be done by Zapier, however that introduces a further level of complexity, and potential problems and drop-outs.
This was the perfect solution to embed an ROI calculator on our landing page. IT was quite easy and intuitive to set up and the price is good.
When you build the form and then have to delete a field because you used the wrong function it throws off the order of the element numbering and then all the totalling fields have to be adjusted.
I love love LOVE that I'm able to quickly grab the embed codes for things I need and transfer them right over to the back end of my blogs and websites.
Sometimes things can be finicky with the responsiveness and formatting. Always have to look at the mobile and tablet layouts to address calculators that move from L to R which is annoying.
Easy embedding and very customisable. Customer support is great should you need it- fantastic value.
However major issue above meant that I switched to Calculoid. If you can amend this problem, let me know.
It was recommended to me by someone who did a lot of research. I have never used another platform like this before but it still seems pretty good value for money.
It currently does NOT have the availability to contact current first level connections. Frustrated that its not yet available, but they say 3-4 months.
I liked the dashboard that they have, it is easy to navigate & the Closely extension is great too.
The lack of a kanban board to track my lead statuses.
It's super easy to use and the workflow is easy to manage. I love that it is a chrome extension that is integrated with everything from Google to various major CRM platforms.
The only downside is that it doesn't provide webhooks or integrations.
Overall I am really happy to use closely. Will recommend it if you want to automate your Linked in and save some time.
