The ease of job postings and candidate management takes a huge load off our already full plates. It is great that we can automate workflows and the automation is a highly useful and effective feature.
The only disadvantage is having to reply to to emails inside the app and not via email.
If you just focus on the product, it has turned out to be good. The applicant tracking features, screening features are nice giving you everything under the same roof.
Little mis-understanding on the evaluation template creation. Access to template edition from "settings" button (for email and evaluation).
Customer service is also very fast, reliable and experienced. Overall, and the most important, extremely easy to use with a very friendly user experience.
If you need to change something in a question, basically you need to delete everything and redo. There is no way to change the order of questions.
The layout is clean and logical, and customer support has been responsive on the few occasions we've needed help.
High price with partner paid job listings. No integration to local/classified job listings.
Customer friendly, good interface, and sufficient applications.
I wrote to the company and they think it is a serious thing.

Dave: Hi, I'm Dave, I'm a CEO and I give GoHire a five out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. We tried all of the usual suspects, essentially, we've posted jobs on LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed. Basically everywhere that you can post jobs, all of the companies that you would've heard of, we've tried, we've used, and we sort of found, universally, the same problem. It was really, really expensive. We'd spend thousands of dollars to promote one job. And sort of the quality of the candidates that we got were not great. And there was limited controls to filter sort of who our job was shown to. So we would get applicants that are not qualified, and it created a lot of administrative burden, sort of just sorting through that as well. So those were sort of the main problems we faced with sort of all of the traditional platforms. But with GoHire, the difference was, essentially, there wasn't a per job, per length of job fee. They have sort of one low monthly fee that you pay. And that gives you the entire applicant tracking system, including job postings. And I was a little skeptical at first, honestly, because it seemed a bit too good to be true, versus how much it cost, versus how much we were paying. But once we rolled it out and started using it, it was just better than all of the options that we had tried by like head and shoulders, like leaps and bounds better. We were getting the same amount of applicants, still some unqualified but nowhere near the same volume as before. And instead of having to pay thousands of dollars to promote a single position, we're paying like a hundred bucks a month or something like that. So it was just hands down, way better. So getting up and running with GoHire was super easy. There wasn't a lot of setup to do. And the setup that there was, was very easy. Probably the most complicated thing was setting up a CNAME so that when people visited it, it would be jobs.our company name.com, versus a GoHire domain. But we're a technical company so that was pretty easy for us. Everything else was just setting a couple configurations, uploading a logo file, and then we were good to go and, and could start advertising right away. If you're like us and you're sort of a midsize company, 20 to 50 employees, I think GoHire is absolutely going to be the right solution for you. If you're working a very large company, hundreds of employees, maybe it might not work as well for you as it has for us. But absolutely in that range, you're going to save a ton of money, you're going to get great candidates and a lot less sort of unqualified candidates for your roles. So couldn't recommend it more for an organization of that size.
