It's a excellent software with powerful features for document management solution. DocTract offers advanced security features to easily share your sensitive documents with your team.
The most difficult thing that we discovered was having to convert our pdfs into word documents.
We appreciated the simplicity of setting up the system. Its customization options are impressive, and it includes features that ensure documents remain current.
All Software has some disadvantage but I can say that DocTract hasn't any major issues as per my usage of the software.

Importing documents is a bit of a pain, I wish I could just drag and drop Google docs or Notion pages in. The tables are pretty lacking compared to Notion but we don't use them that much.
I love the library of information and documents, and the ease of browsing them.
Furthermore, notes are often hard to discern the contextual and what they have been linked to in the content.
