Any business that sends proposals to clients Freelancers Agencies Creatives Designers Writers Developers Entrepreneurs Consultants
Full-time freelancers, side-hustlers, small agencies.
I've already recommended the software to several small business owners, and have received very positive feedback from my own clients about how great their proposals look.
The lack of control over the design of the proposal itself. As a designer, it drives me insane that I can't adjust the spacing between sections.
In addition to the ease of managing proposals, the Prospero help desk is awesome and will get back immediately.
Additionally, any communication you get from the software doesn't link you back to their site (Inconvenience), forcing you to google them (see above) or remember their URL.
I love it's simplicity, functionality, and various options & templates with which i can modify the prospect that is best expressing our brand's values.
The integrations for sending invoices are limited.
It's so great having my terms written out for me in a few clicks. It's also really helpful having it professionally written so I don't waste time trying to come up with the best term to say it.
It is in english at the moment and I am not sure if there are other languages, but not Italian.
I like that this allows me to present my creative work in a professional way. Having a starting point for communicating scope and setting expectations in the contract is great.
I was disappointed that Wethos converted into a paid platform, but I understand why.
I loved how easy it was to craft a proposal and send to my potential client. It was helpful to have a template to guide what should be in there, including contract terms.
The biggest feature Wethos is missing falls under the CRM umbrella, where Wethos does not have automated emails built into the tool to schedule emails based on specific triggers in advance.
The templates with recommended estimates are AMAZING, helping you create a fair proposal and top tier market value.
The cost of the platform might not justify the value for some users, especially if they only use a limited number of features.
I love the ease, pre-built proposal and service templates, the interface, the ability to offer even more services , and the affordable.
It hard to say, maybe not allowing us to customize the estimate domain.
