I've already recommended the software to several small business owners, and have received very positive feedback from my own clients about how great their proposals look.
The lack of control over the design of the proposal itself. As a designer, it drives me insane that I can't adjust the spacing between sections.
In addition to the ease of managing proposals, the Prospero help desk is awesome and will get back immediately.
Additionally, any communication you get from the software doesn't link you back to their site (Inconvenience), forcing you to google them (see above) or remember their URL.
I love it's simplicity, functionality, and various options & templates with which i can modify the prospect that is best expressing our brand's values.
The integrations for sending invoices are limited.
It's so great having my terms written out for me in a few clicks. It's also really helpful having it professionally written so I don't waste time trying to come up with the best term to say it.
It is in english at the moment and I am not sure if there are other languages, but not Italian.
The best thing that I liked about Relayto is that I was able to perform my day to day work functionalities without any hassle and that all the services that the platform offers is amazing and simple.
The cost of the product is high for small businesses who has limited marketing budgets. And for freshers or people who are new to this software it can be difficult to understand how it works.
The creative process is usually very fun for me by itself, so I was happy to try out Relayto. It's more complex than Canva but similarly easy.
Apart from that, I didn't find anything to hate.
Its great as it helps us to creat a nice designed content which is very impressive and also we are now investing less time for making presentations.
The business sectors where we work are turning out to be progressively aggressive. New contestants are coming in, and client needs are turning out to be more unpredictable.
My experience is nice especially when doing my content since they have a very accessible template to customize with plus the safe and secure document management is very helpful too.
So far I haven't seen any cons per se but if I had to pick something, I would say they should have a drag and drop option too. But at the same time, their menu to add content is quite interactive.
