Storyboard That vs Mokkup.ai: Which is a better fit?

Overall, I am very impressed with Storyboard That, its offers exactly what it promises to offer. Very seamless and easy to use.

The lack of adding more characters and their facial and body expressions.

I like that customer service and in one call learned so much about how to use it. Others say they like it also good for parent and child communications.

I was looking for a tool to create graphical customer journey story to describe a business problem for work and I stumbled on Storyboard That.

The flexibility of expression and the ability to induce body language in the characters are most attractive to me.

It is a little difficult for some of my younger students to use, even though the program says that students in Kindergarten and 1st grade can use it.

The user experience is seamless, essentially just log-in and go. Great for kids and for older, less tech-friendly people.

Some backgrounds/props remind me of something drawn using Microsoft Paint or might find in a Clipart Folder (sorry...).

Everything about the platform is great and the quality of even the minute services provided are great.

No way to input or display $ or units in tooltip or even in tables or some charts. Very limited or next to no Font formatting.

It has been a great experience from use Mokkup.ai to customer support and all the wonderful features of Mokkup.ai.

I also experienced occasional performance lags during intensive sessions, which slowed down my workflow.

The ease of using the app is what I liked most about the app. Also, all the in built templates are extremely helpful.

Missing a few elements and features. Lite a gauge/meter for example.

Fun, easy to use and share with everyone. Mis0understandings are minimized and expectations can be more readily met.

I'm a little confused about the color scheming and am working my way through it.
