Has best interface, best feature set and the most trusted calculations and up to date information built in. Has mad strides in integration between their other products which makes it even better.
Mixed feels about the software, as the installation and updating process is terrible, and getting someone on the phone for tech support takes way too long, and they don't always have the answers.
I am a huge fan of the Taxprep T1, T2 and Taxprep forms. I find it easy to use, accurate and more sophisticated than most other software I have used with respect to complicated transactions.
Amount I pay for all products have tripled since I first stared using it 6 years ago, I don't see three times the value, in fact, service gets worse every year.
However, I keep coming back to this software program as it is the best out there and the one that I am most comfortable with.
I find the diagnostics often poorly written and difficult to see.
It was a great upgrade from our previous software and it integrates well with the other software from cch which creates a great way for us to manage our midsized form.
In TP1 should be the possibility to transfer Québec refund into conjoint automatically, now it always manual. Where is useless diagnostics in a report of depending person.
Quickbooks is easy to manage use and learn. It provides good reports quickbook comes at an affordable price therefore it has been perfect fot my small buisness.
The biggest downfall of QBO is that it is very different from QBD and has a learning curve. If the users do not learn how to propertly use QBO, they can mess up the companies books BAD.
Fields to fill and perfectly links the data from one end like ap and AR to the bank reconciliation. Great reports on transactions for the month or period if interest.
No 'undo' button and not excessively intuitive. If you make a mistake, have to know how to reverse/correct it.

I use Taxprep for personal, corporate, trust and foundation tax returns. So I basically use the full suite of the software's available options. I do really like the slip importing and exporting options. It gives me the flexibility of importing data from external sources. And as well, I can extract data from Taxprep into Excel, and that will be compatible with other years of tax returns in Taxprep or other softwares. Recommendations for improvement for the software's user-friendliness, I would suggest that Wolters Kluwer could be more open about their mapping of the fields in each year's Taxprep software. So that we, as tax accountants, can more easily streamline our tax preparation process through a summary of all cells in a year's Taxprep software, so that we don't have to spend hours trying to update our process mapping for each year before the tax season starts.
Speaker 1: My name is Alex. I'm the COO for Made By WiFi. We're a boutique IT firm based out of New York City with under 10 employees. I would rate QuickBooks Online a 5/5. I use QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping, invoice management, accounts receivables, payment processing, as well as the reporting capabilities which are very rich. I like how easy it was to pick up and learn. I've never used QuickBooks before. We were managing our company's finances through Google Sheets prior to QBO. The learning curve was basically a day, we got it all figured out. It's very easy to navigate and it's very easy to find what you need as well as streamline financial operations. Just making it easier to get paid, essentially. I'd like to see more consistent monthly billing from QBO. I feel like our monthly billing increased almost by 50% since we signed up without really getting more features. I'm not sure how quickly or why they raised their prices so aggressively, but they have, and I wish there was just more of a locked-in rate for a period of time that we could have agreed to.
