I don't like that you can't get specific as you need to through the searches- it will send the automated messages out of the parameters at times which is frustrating.

Speaker 1: My name's AJ. I work for CSS. And I'm the executive assistant. At CSS, we provide tech and hospitality. And we use CoPilot and give it five stars. Before CoPilot, we actually weren't using any AI software or we were just managing our LinkedIns manually, which took up a lot of time. And so, we saw CoPilot and found it actually through just an online ad. And we ended up using it, because we needed to save time and also figure out what was the best way to be able to generate and create conversations with people in the industry. We chose CoPilot because the interface looked pretty easy, very user-friendly. And we thought that it was going to help with saving more time and doing the automation for us so that we weren't constantly having to babysit our LinkedIn. Onboarding and launching the campaigns and getting everything set up was super easy. It took a couple meetings and really short meetings. The manager that was part of our integration was super nice and knew everything, knew what to do, knew answers to all of our questions. There was never a moment where we asked a question and he said, well, let me get back to you. It was very straightforward and it took maybe less than an hour. Any recommendations that I have would be to really just get to know the app. Once everything gets set up, you'll quickly learn how to see dashboard and what your campaigns are doing, and also think of different ways and different campaigns that you want to run, because you can run multiple at the same time, which I didn't know. And also, you can get multiple team members on the actual campaigns and the different... You can add them to the app. So, if one team member gets it started, then you all can hit different industries, and really get everything launched and make more of an impact.
