The integration with fuel card vendors can be frustrating in the fact that it always imports odometer readings.
Nothing has been too much trouble for him. The help center has lots of useful guides and the "get help" function is great too.
Having a difficult time figuring out how to print maintenance history on each unit. I am sure it is just me not looking in the right spot.
The communication with respect to issues with any truck is fantastic, as everyone including our technician can see any issue posted by a driver.
Using Fleetio for nonprofit disaster response fleet.
Every time we have had an issue with the system, the customer service was great at getting us to the right people to take care of the issue or issues. We are very happy with our system and service.
I stopped receiving data download e-mails a few months ago for no explained reason. Customer service did tell me how to easily find my downloads on the site so that has not been an issue.
We love the fact that we can get up to date information. Giving us a perfect chance to get the most accurate budgets possible.
Readings are in gross gallons instead of net gallons. It would stand to reason that as most companies bill on the net for gallons, that the system provide gallons in net for the readings.
When the E85 tank was being implemented multiforce was great in helping with preparation and making sure we had everything on our end prepared for the install.
I was having problems with the system reading the cards, with one call my rep helped me diagnose the problem and within 3 days I had received a replacement part that fixed the problem.
Everyone is very knowledgeable about the equipment and always helpful with a great attitude.
Has some inadiqicies but may be due to election of no training.
Shaq M.: Hi, my name is Shaq, and I work at Reading Metro. I'm the director of operations here and we use Fleetio and we give it a five out of five. We use Fleetio for three primary reasons. One is for scheduling, so that we know which driver is on which vehicle. Two is for telematics management, so it aggregates our data from our fuel cards into Fleetio, as well as it aggregates our dashboard camera information into Fleetio. Then the third one is, with Yakob Leap Management, we have our own in-house shop, and so the shop is using the data to, not the data, it's using Fleetio to stay on top of inspections and keep track of repairs, what things need to be done and so forth. It's designed in a manner, so what we like the most about Fleetio is that it's designed for extremely advanced users, so we have our own in-house developers and automation team that taps the API and does everything. So however, the front end at the UI is extremely simple, and so even some of our team member that have 30, 40 years of work experience, that wouldn't necessarily know how to use a software this complex, they're able to use it because of how simplified the UI is, and get the job done essentially. So it's a good combination for hardcore users versus just high level users. In regards to what Fleetio can improve, there is no specific particular thing we dislike. Room for improvement, I believe that they can have some more integrations with third-party developers, in regards to the selection they have with fuel cards that integrate with them is limited. The selection of dashboard cameras they have is limited, and so that really makes it a little challenging to have a full ecosystem, because you're not able to necessarily pick the best vendor or the best provider of service. You're only able to pick the vendors that Fleetio integrates with. Another one that would be helpful is just how frequently updates are released. Although I can understand that their goal is to constantly be providing, making improvements, whether it's micro improvements or major improvements, getting a notification every second or third day about minor updates is not particularly productive. What we would like is maybe on a monthly basis get a full list of all the updates that were rolled out, and then this way we can go through them systematically and figure out which ones apply to us and which ones would be useful, rather than it being a very fractured process as it is right now.
