Cost is really high when compared with other payment gateways. Especially the verification suite which literally killed the entire money of us.
Overall, the experience after on-boarding has been wonderful. While we have not had to reach out to the account manager often, we have gotten the required support when we did.
Another downside would be inconsistencies in feature unlocking. I've had troubles using the instant payout feature achieved after certain payments threshold.

SuperPay is awesome for what the name implies... simply capturing payments from clients. The user interface is clean, straightforward, and is designed to be quick and easy to use.
