Real Estate General Partners, Finance Leaders, Compliance Officers, and Investor Relations teams for real estate syndicators and fund managers.
ShowMojo benefits property managers and landlords operating any number of doors of both single and multifamily homes.
InvestNext has been a partner with Gravity Haus since the beginning and scaling with them has worked wonderfully. Support team is very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions.
Lack of customizability within the folders for documents stored on the platform.
InvestNext has been the best to work with and build out several investments within their portal. The investors love the platform and find it easy to use.
There isn't a native integration with our CRM, Hubspot today, but they're working hard on it.
They are super responsive on all fronts. I highly recommend their platform to anyone raising capital for real estate syndications or funds.
No delay delivery option on email communications. This would be helpful for us when we send out reporting.
I like how easy it is to work with and how user friendly it is.
While not its original intention having an Investor CRM is a critical first step.
The software is super helpful for leasing apartments and the customer service is amazing.
The cost is ridiculously high and it generates next to no leads or income, even if you have 80 ads running. Overall: a waste of precious resources and a vicious billing cycle.
Great experience so far and John and Ashley are fantastic.
BAD - no shame taking advantage of small businesses who don't even use the software.
Easy to use and very customizable, Ashley and John are great.
The lockboxes that do work need battery changes all the time. We bought these lock boxes and pay monthly.
Ease of use, constant updates, great support if/when needed.
Stay away, low quality locks, and even worst customer service.
Jaime F: My name is Jaime. I'm a real estate agent. I give ShowMojo a rating of three. Click for more reviews below. Early in my career, I used a lot of free platforms, and some of them converted to being paid platforms. So in choosing ShowMojo, I thought that choosing it would be great because it seems very directed towards real estate work and listings. So I went with ShowMojo, being forced to pay, I chose that one. I chose ShowMojo because you could watermark your pictures, putting up ads was easy. Also the aspect where people could make an appointment with you digitally, without even speaking to you, seemed like a good option. ShowMojo requires a fair bit of attention. It's a little bit labor intensive. It takes a lot of time with many listings up to manage it. So you kind of have to stay on your game, and it does take a bit of work. ShowMojo is actually pretty comprehensive, and I think it works situations like in smaller towns than New York City. My biggest gripe with ShowMojo is that once somebody has listed a unit at a certain address, if you add a unit at that address, your ad doesn't get shown. In New York City, these buildings are huge with tons inside. So I was writing ads that were never really being seen. So lead generation was actually pretty poor. But in smaller towns with smaller buildings, this would be less of a problem, I think.
