Remotely wiping and securing your data is a snap with DriveStrike and their customer support is superb. I was blown away by how helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable they are.
Before DriveStrike, whenever an employee called in saying they misplaced or lost their laptops, we would begin a scramble. Now I just log into the admin panel and lock the computer.
And when I needed help with one feature their support was super quick to contact me directly via email and phone and resolved my issue in only a few minutes.
I either unlock later once they locate it or I wipe it after a week. It's a major reduction in stress for my team.
Ease of use for the software and great customer service is what makes me like it so much.
At first I was a little hesitant to install software that grants a remote wipe function on my phone, but I think that's a common feeling for anyone who worries about privacy.
The ease of installation and use is fantastic. All the features work as you would expect on all major platforms.
Right now we see none other than maybe difficulty in deploying through GPO.
My experience so far has been very good with Sealit, I am relatively new to using this application, I hope they can continue to give good support as they have been up to now.
The caveat is the lack of integration with Mac at this point. No native Mac email client integration.
I have been using the tool for a while now, and I am satisfied with it. I like the way it works and the support I have received from the founder has been great.
What we are still missing is the Sealit desktop app for Mac.
The ease of adding Sealit to our email infrastructure and the ease of use is what we liked most.
When you visit the dashboard for the first time, you will get a little confused with the options, but you will pick them up once you start to use the system.
Loved using this tool, hoping for many other functions like the self-destruction function.
What else can I ask for. They solved my pain point.
