This is amazing software , i like the features on it like controlling bandwidth & network monitoring & allow to configure many access points.
There is still missing integration with some access point brands for some of our clients.
The Classic hotspot features are very great with real time analytics. I do love the simplicity of easy navigation especially on Tanaza Classic.
I had problem with my WiFi, actually i need a feature that could schedule the restart on APs.
I am Shivam and I am from India I love this tanaza firmware because of Cloud Routing this is a best firmware ever.
I spent some time setting it up, and then when trial ran out it stopped working and I didn't have the time to keep fooling with it to get it working again.
The most impactful features are the wifi network connectivity capabilities, it saved me a lot from its ease of use to integration, troubleshooting, configuration, and responsiveness.
Difficulty when installing on Mikrotik device.
The support via the Slack channel is outstanding, with the team being highly responsive and patient, consistently providing replies in under an hour.
UI can be sluggish at times, occasional errors when trying to load pages.
Setup was very quick and easy , their support team is great and responsive , and the product just keeps growing in the best directions.
Missing filtering on http traces. Network traces should have view where one column shot "Host" header.
The built-in Grafana integration is a nice touch, and you can use some cool queries to customize your alerts. It feels good to have everything tailored just how you want it.
No custom reports options , Grafana is not the easiest to manage.
Integration is seamless, allowing it to fit smoothly into our existing stack, and we rely on it frequently due to reliable anomaly detection and proactive alerts.
This limitation can be a significant drawback for complex systems where pinpointing issues at the node level is crucial.

And it was just perfect for everything that we wanted to be able to capture and interact with our internet users, to be able to control who's on and the speeds, and also to be able to market to them through the Splash page and then redirecting them to our website. All the features that we wanted were there. Getting started with Tanaza was quite easy. Their set-up is very well put together and I think anybody can do it.
