MentoringComplete vs Guider: Which is a better fit?

The functionality is perfect for our relationships, I'm excited to see the new design when it rolls out.

Initially the reporting features to retrieve life long data was limited.

You can be automatically matched with a mentor and it has been amazing. The meetings with my mentor have been really beneficial for my career.

That it is a separate stand alone software --it is not integrated with the other software we use for performance management and career management. So, separate links, logins, passwords,etc.

With Mentoring Complete you can be paired with mentors that you wouldn’t otherwise connect with, that can really help you make connections and progress in your career.

I appreciate the ease of navigation on the website; also the newly created App is a bonus.

My experience has been really fantastic, I've definitely personally benefitted a lot from having a mentor and am excited to keep using it.

Sometimes there were bugs with the scheduling part of the app, where it was hard to edit or cancel an appointment (and so we had to use alternative methods to arrange things).

I love the interface with the ability to scroll through potential mentors - seeing their pictures and the bios are super helpful.

Limited face-to-face interaction as it's a global programme.

It is an easy to use platform that has enabled me to look outside of my part of the business and reach out to others which in turn, could help to progress my career.

Guider is not always easy to use and will sometimes lag with messages which leaves it difficult to communicate with long distance pairings.

The platform is easy to navigate and I found a fantastic mentor through it.

Some early teething problems with my ability to remove myself to be viewed as a mentor, but this was corrected.
