MentoringComplete vs PLD Mentoring Platform: Which is a better fit?

The functionality is perfect for our relationships, I'm excited to see the new design when it rolls out.

Initially the reporting features to retrieve life long data was limited.

You can be automatically matched with a mentor and it has been amazing. The meetings with my mentor have been really beneficial for my career.

That it is a separate stand alone software --it is not integrated with the other software we use for performance management and career management. So, separate links, logins, passwords,etc.

With Mentoring Complete you can be paired with mentors that you wouldn’t otherwise connect with, that can really help you make connections and progress in your career.

I appreciate the ease of navigation on the website; also the newly created App is a bonus.

I love the dashboard where you can see at a glance what your numbers are like and how engagement is going and the reports and analysis function is super helpful.

There are limitations to the data you can download about usage trends. The name search function is limited (unable to search full name).

The deployment process was positive and the ability to customise and brand the platform was important to me.

Clients sometimes find it difficult to navigate the platform from creating a profile to picking up messages.

This is an easy to use platform that guides both mentees and mentors through the process. The matching facility is effective and there are good reporting capabilities available.

We are not IT experts so to get their advise and feedback was invaluable. There were no features difficult to use or implement.

A brilliant platform that was set up with ease. Easy for administrator to run, great options for all participants and enables that flexibility for all in the support they require.

One feature that was missing was an in system video conferencing option. However, PLD have recently rolled this out and we look forward to releasing it to our membership.
