Security Gateway by MDaemon vs Hoxhunt: Which is a better fit?

It is a very easy system to use, easy to implement, and it helps a lot because it has several languages for which I am grateful that my native language is Spanish.

It had spam assassins, some content filtering, quarantine and crappy GUI (that’s all). Getting smtp transcript was hellish and tedious task because you need to check all the log files created daily.

The features I like most about the SG are: 1 Excellent logging for comprehensive visibility for what it is sending, receiving, and protecting against.

Lacking in high availability options such as active-active or active-passive. Lacking watchdog functionality to restart services if they die unexpectedly.

The best part about the software is ease of installation and maintaining such a sophisticated product.

The best line of defense against Spam, Abuse and email scams.

The best value for your money. Remember: Simplicity is the key to reliability.

In Security Gateway, you would have limited action such as; reject, quarantine, redirect, copy, discard, send note, and few more (nothing about header manipulations).

I like the general feel of the product, the mini game interface, and that is very fun to use. Also it gives me positive feel for the rest of the day.

They really trick you to click, and after you feel dumb because it was so avious that it was fake.

Another great thing is the whole thing is designed like a game where you can see your and your colleagues performances, and even earn fun tokens.

I've noticed that some of my colleagues do not realize that. Maybe this is a communication problem inside the company too.

Love the gamification of the platform. Leaderboards and levels make it fun to train everything cybersecurity.

Does not tell you the emails you missed sadly and that would be useful.

Reporting phishing and participating in training is straightforward with the interactive and engaging dashboard. I can monitor my progress easily and feel motivated to improve.

No con to think of - except marking legit emails as fraud when they are not.
