EMS vs Rendezvous Workspace Meeting Room Booking: Which is a better fit?

There are a few significant changes I would love to see, but overall I love the program and how much it helps with event planning and space reservations.

They both seem to be the ugly step child of the client software.

I have not been able to find a way to add comments in the reservation, which can be frustrating for us and the customers that booked the reservation with us.

I love how easy it is to use and how we have integrated it throughout our campus.

The interface is difficult to navigate, and reporting has a steep learning curve. We publish reports to support staff every morning because the interface is too difficult for them to navigate.

Overwhelmingly, Rendezvous was the tool they loved. From initial presentation to installation, the Rendezvous team has been top notch and has delivered on all of their promises.

Allocating addons to resources was a pain full process.

Customer service is great and on the front end was fantastic. They did a lot to assist us in getting ready for the transition.

Some users find it hard to remember how to use if they are not using it frequently.

It is very user friendly and the web version is very good to look at.

This company gives all of itself to ensure we have had the best experience possible.
