HealthStream Learning Center vs DynDevice LMS: Which is a better fit?

Carolyn B.: My name is Carolyn. I am the learning management systems administrator and an educator at a mid-size healthcare organization. I give HealthStream a rating of five on a scale of one to five. We use HealthStream to make sure that our staff is compliant with regulations, government regulations, state regulations for healthcare organizations. I make sure that all of our staff have taken the courses, the regulatory courses that are mandated, and also any other courses that we create ourselves in order to make sure that we are compliant. I really like HealthStream because I can go ahead and create courses, load them in. It accepts large files of SCORM. It's SCORM compliant, so I can create large files and import them. Then, I like the fact that we can track progress with our staff, we can create reports, we can do an analytics and make sure that we can report to the surveying organizations that are either state or federal and make sure that, when they come here, that we can vouch for the fact that we are all compliant with everything we need to do, and HealthStream is excellent at that. I think the only thing that might be a glitch with HealthStream is when a staff watches a video, when they get to the end, the system does not recognize they'd have completed watching the video, then they have to watch it again, and that can be an issue if the video was an hour long. They would have to watch the entire video again for the system to recognize that it's completed. I think that that's something that I'm hoping at some point is resolved.
