The software is sturdy and very user friendly. But I must say that what I like best is the team of people behind it, and the way they become one with our team in helping us reach our goals.
Downside sometimes is the long loading time. Especially when looking up what the reviewers has changed.
We have been using this company just short of a year and it has been amazing. Thank for your hard work and great customer service.
Fonts were changed, links were no longer working and image format was changed.
Anybody can do it and that's great, since placing an assignment should be easy to do. Also the possibility to get notifications and to be able to use messenger to contact Transperfect is very nice.
The individual business requirements that are unique can be difficult to get prioritized for change.

So far there's only one thing that is slightly annoying - the error messages that sometimes pop up during active use.
I like that is really great for using it for a team at the same time, it syncs, and also that keeps good track of status changes, plus the search is great either with tags or something specific.
Also serious collaborative/workflow tools are missing.
It's easy to navigate around the platform and oversee the progress across the projects. Machine translations are great and as correct as you could expect them to be.
That there is no git-based version history synced with my git history.
What I like the most is the automated translation which is very accurate and help me translate everything in a very short period of time. The collaboration in team is also very easy.
The keys limitation on low budged plans are a little steep.
