Our dashboard & email digests help marketing professionals, sales teams, and brand managers stay on top of their industry & their competitors.
The Nielsen Impressions and Mentions are what I like most. I like that there is a breakdown of demographics with the Nielsen report to highlight who is listening to our stations.
That's wholly unacceptable. I used to think it was how I was setting the campaigns up, but I've walked through it with multiple people now and there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with it.
I like the ability to breakout the graph line by WEEK or MONTH too... and see associated analytics. Best of all, is being able to document that RADIO works.
Sadly, while all of the above make for great talking points, it is KILLING me how poorly the software matches up with our logs.
Being able to see "First Time" client website is a huge difference (from the previous vendor) that my clients love. They also love the easy-to-read & colorful graphics.
I never received this much push back with the old leads RX software we used to use so Im not sure if there is wording in the email that alerts my advertisers to be weary but it just seems odd.
I appreciate the filtering system by programs so that we can narrow it down by stations. Also, mentions are great ways to check that we have found the correct keywords and to grab airchecks.
My biggest complaint about Veritone is the 'lag time' when you change the date range or other elements of the campaign. The "Still Processing" tag sometimes lingers for a very long time.
Easy to use, great interface, latest insights about companies. Does a good job about getting the overall competitive landscape quickly.
Lack of relevancy in our country (keyword feature is too broad).
I have been super impressed with Signal Insights, the ease of use and value for the cost.
I can't think of anything yet so far that is negative.
Everyone that has seen it really likes it. It's fairly easy to use and the onboarding with Amber was terrific.
Use case can be limited from time to time, but that is based on the companies individual needs more-so than a product flaw.
Great team of innovative thinkers who are always looking for ways to improve and grow.
Some ads are not applicable to what my industry. Some ads are repetitive.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
