SiteSwan makes it easy to create a website that will look good and be easy to use and edit for the client. Whether or not a site looks great mostly depends on your skills as a designer.
I also dislike the fact that I can’t host products on the site. I have to go through another third-party app that charges or create paypal buttons that I can’t place where I want on the site.
Customer Service: SiteSwan's customer service is always professional and friendly. They offer solutions to help me serve my clients better and continually implement changes to improve the software.
I dislike that our monthly payment option is connected to Stripe. Stripe takes longer to deposit funds into my account and I could do without their fees per transaction.
SiteSwan is easier to use, allows me to build websites quicker and they look better than most websites I see online. Support is awesome and has always resolved any issue I’ve been challenged with.
I've had some problems with uploading images (or logos) onto pages. Some images don't fill the space correctly.
It's super easy and has some nice features the make putting together a nice website a breeze.

Overall speeds are great, which are the most important item to me. Site management options are plentiful with their staging solution being one of the better ones I've dealt with.
It also limits plugins that can reduce website speed. This is good but also a downside.
WP Engine is an excellent managed hosting service provider for WordPress websites. They offer many great features in all of their hosting plans.
Customer support is fantastic and always very little wait to get on a phone call with them.
