This is ease in use, adaptive things, monitoring are very reliable, troubleshooting. This software is very good and much better.

The ui is somewhat confusing at times. Often searching the right button to press to do what I need/want.

Great application, we love it, monitoring is really easy and gives us results clearly and quickly.

Setup alway the biggest obstacle but this is to be expected from so many apps.

Excellent personal support that goes the extra mile. I love how 2steps ties into Splunk for its excellent visualisations means 2steps can focus on what it does well.

There is nothing that stands out that I dislike about 2Steps.

The tools are amazing for troubleshooting, and from my own experience, i didn't need more then 15 min to resolve the client issues.

Variability of scripts to handle advanced business logic, inability to deploy nodes on windows OS makes expandability to end user offices harder.

The scheduling options are impressive and the level of granular control not only helps with managing unnecessary alerting but also with efficient consumption of my 2Steps licensing.

Video capture for all the tests is another strength. Especially the platform being Splunk is a great feature.
