Club Caddie vs Sagacity Golf: Which is a better fit?

Everything has been awesome with ClubCaddie from the start. We had them come out to our location and help implement the software ON SITE! which was huge.

The member billing seems to be the area that I struggle with at times to integrate with our processes.

This allowed our staff to quickly gain the confidence and understanding needed to go live and as we progressed; their support team was always available and very capable which is understatedly huge.

When software updates occur, we have some trouble getting the staff use to those updates.

Our customers love the mobile app and member portal, especially because it's so much easier for us to update it consistently. Club Caddie's support is fantastic.

Specifically, there is currently no device in the software to handle Cart Ride or Greens Fee Punchcards.

I love the fact that we can chat with Club Caddie at any time if problems arise. I also love how it is user friendly.

It has been a very crazy 2 seasons thus far with what has been going on.

The team we work with in our market cares and their actions support this. I have full confidence the product will continue to grow in its usefulness.

For instance, the power hours can be difficult to comprehend and then know what adjustments to make to create more.

The cruise control is the best pricing program on the market today. It makes it easy to set it and forget it and provides amazing results.

Makes it difficult when taking phone calls from customers booking 3-4 rounds and the need to create 3-4 seperate reservations.

Great customer service and like the williness to discuss making changes that will make the product better for us and others.

Reporting - finding correct reports - maybe missing reports - comparison reports year to year, month to month, day to day, etc.

We have seen our online bookings explode and love the customized booking engine that our customers see. We really like using the dynamic pricing function and have seen increased revenue from it.
