Ideal for small to medium-sized enterprises, it is a mobile platform that helps users to carry out money transmissions.
Payoneer also has free resources, books and surveys findings to help me do more, which I absolutely love. All in all, Payoneer is a nifty software to get started with international online payments.
The company is full of cheat employees and they are aware of the blank marks in their service which they use to cheat the system resulting in poor management and delays in the online transactions.
My overall experience with the Payoneer app is good because it helps me to receive my payments in a easy way and I can wait to withdraw my money when I want.
First to note off their excessive charges, if u don't use your account within 12-months you also get charged, absurd, they should review their charges.
It's capable of handling payment to countless counties with ease, I'm impressed with how flexible it is with supporting various currencies and also the speed when i do transfers.
So, BAD that I am cursing the time when I signed up for Payoneer.
Overall experience with Payoneer was great, I am happy that I found it as it was the perfect solution to my problem. Works great with multiple freelancing platforms.
And they have a useless app too. You can just see your account balance through the app.
It is a very helpful and convenient way to send money to my loved ones. It’s easy to use, and I love that they send you a card.
It was a little difficult initially to set up. I found it to be a bit confusing and the instructions provided felt vague.
It is SUPER easy to transfer money to my friends and family. I like being able to have a picture with my profile and my friends profile, with this, I feel confident in who I am exchanging with.
I wonder about bank fraud security but it's likely just a lack of knowledge about the protections Venmo takes.
My experience with this has been always pleasant. I had to contact customer service once, and they were super helpful as well.
Also, there really are no payment protections, so if you send money to the wrong person (which sometimes through no fault of your own), you can be "up a creek" (so to speak).
This app is a godsend when in America. Allowing me to send money to others with a few taps is such a blessing for my often-cashless pockets.
Really dislike the social feature of the app. I see no reason for this feature and make me uncomfortable that others can see transactions.
Kaye: Hi, I'm Kaye, and I'm a talent agent. I give Payoneer, five out of five. Click below for more reviews. Before I started using Payoneer, I was having to use a personal standard bank account that accepted international payments. This didn't look professional and wasn't best for tax and accounting purposes. I was recommended to use Payoneer by another accounting app that I was using at the time, as I really needed a solution for incoming international payments, in particular from the US and Canada. And I was impressed with A, how simple it was, and B, how not only did I have a desktop application, but I had a mobile option, which just fits perfectly with my business. I need to be dealing with things when I'm away from the desk. And the payment rate was great, and it was really, really swift to set up. It was really easy to get started with Payoneer. I started by getting myself set up on the desktop, but I also downloaded the app. And within really a couple of days, not only was I set up, I was adding additional accounts for additional currencies and I felt confident using it. My advice for anyone thinking of trying Payoneer is, give it a go. One of the things I like is it works alongside all my other financial and banking applications and programs. It allows really good flexibility for my customers and allows me to pay my clients really quickly.
Felicia T.: Hi, my name is Felicia, and I'm an editorial director at a pretty small company, and I give Venmo a five. So before we started using Venmo, we were cobbling together different solutions in terms of both sending and receiving payments. There is a little old school ... you can still write and receive checks. But there was just some things about the speed and the ease and the delivery that made some of our solutions that we were using prior to Venmo pretty challenging. So some of the reasons we chose to use Venmo include the speed, the ease, the user interface; pretty easy to utilize and to also choose who you are sending and receiving from. You can even send requests for payment through Venmo, which is a feature I really like a lot, and it's pretty easy to see the reports of different transactions. So I found Venmo pretty easy to get started with: low barrier to entry, onboarding was pretty simple. They make it really user-friendly in terms of just figuring out how to choose, how to find people, how to make payments, how to receive payments. There's a little bit of clicking around, which is going to be the case with any kind of new software. But I love the graphics interface. I love the user experience. I've found it pretty easy to onboard both for myself and for other people who are using the app. All right, so here's some advice. If you know that you want to send payments to specific vendors, specific people, specific organizations that you're working with, make sure you know what their name is on Venmo, or what their login or their phone number or whatever it is that you are using to connect with them. So really clearly have that information, because sometimes people's names can sound really similar. And you want to make sure that you're either sending payments to the right person or requesting payments from the right person. So I would say that's the biggest piece of advice: be really clear on the usernames, on that interface, because sometimes names can sound really similar, and you don't want to have to clean up any messes later.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
