Love the ease of setting up users, deactivating users, submitting requests for Maintenance and IT, and the ability to track the progress in real time.
Lack of customer support and inadequate follow thru when scheduled time for assistance. No customer support phone number.
Also, the support team is so helpful and very good about getting any issues resolved. I appreciate that for sure.
They are either completely unsure what we are talking about or they are rude.
Helps Supervisors with great performance with employees scheduling, clockin in and out, and is a good interview and hiring hub.
There were no broken promises or misleading sales tactics.
Overall, the experience was wonderful. We had an amazing presentation which led us to a second call and we immediately began implementation shortly after.
I contact the same person and then get directed. I feel badly bugging them.
Overall, I find Proliant to be simple and efficient. I have been a fan of the ease of use of ReadyPay for awhile and this newer updated version is just as good.
The system is a few different systems parsed together so there is not a clear and uniform flow from one area to the other. Overall, Proliant was one of the worst mistakes that we ever made.
The set-up was quick and efficient. The staff is great to work with when you need to speak to someone - responsive and pleasant.
Proliant was a terrible decision. Nothing with them went to plan and we were never technically fully moved out of implementation even though we spent two plus years with them.
As a happy user of Proliant, I love its automation tools and the ability to customize workflows and reports.
The multi-factor authentication also makes me a little nuts. Because my browser is set to limit cookies, I have to log in, get a code from my email, then answer three questions every time I log in.
Even on the more challenging days of payroll (LOL) I am able to process payroll in a relatively short amount of time (providing everything works like it should. This is a fabulous payroll system.
There was quite a few 'back of the house' errors that happened as our program was set up that we encountered as I was trying to process payroll.
