Opal delivers alignment and visibility for globally distributed marketing teams at organizations greater than 10,000 employees.
I love smarter Queue for all the reasons stated above ,but most of all it makes planning simple & fun.
I struggle with the TIME I need to customize my thread for each of my social media platforms. But that is a ME problem, and not anything SmarterQueue could prevent.
Smarterqueue have made the transition to this product really easy, great tutorials and step by step instructions. Awesome customer service.
The scheduling of blog posts that have yet to be published is very confusing to me.
I like how robust this software feels compared to its competitors. It is not at all glitchy, is easy to set up, and reliable.
Some things were confusing. When I post manually I quite often put multiple photos, showing the different stages of a particular recipe in my case.
It is brilliant for reposting successful content as it shows you which posts performed best, so all you need to do is rinse and repeat.
Because of this I have to use Hootsuite for my Instagram posts. Believe me I would much rather deal with all of my social media posts under one roof but alas that is not the case.
Opal is an excellent system for housing and managing social media content. The calendaring capabilities make it excellent for drafting sample posts, seeking approval, and distributing for publication.
Poorly designed and difficult to use. Simple tasks are made complex by poor navigation.
The ability to have approval paths ensures that the proper eyes are seeing out content and making sure everytihng is perfect before it gets published.
Presentations are sometimes hard to navigate and if you do not have an account, you cannot leave feedback within the presentation.
The visuals & integrated content/copy layout are super user friendly & helpful.
Some of the posting options are a bit confusing. There is an option to post an ad but that doesn't include a picture.
Opal is a great product perfect for all your social media management needs. It makes publishing content and sending to Sprinklr easier than any other product I have used.
Can't think of anything specific that I dislike.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
