Fantastic; the software on its own is easy to recommend, however with the addition of the personal level of customer service that we've seen, this package is exceptional.
The only negative about this application is it's seemed infancy. There are a few small bugs, however these have not hindered our utilisation of the application.

The product appears to have severe legacy issues in terms of database design, which leads to what should should be unnecessary calls to support in order to clear up "dirty data" issues.
We are very happy with the system, and our customers like it as well, especially when we can tell them when they can get parts and what kind of lead times to expect.
The updates of information changes between modules is slow and can be frustrating.
We have been very happy with Shoptech Software, for providing the data we wanted and for the ease of use and the support has been great.
My one compliant is the inability to delete old/obsolete data.
Kevin O.: Hi, this is Kevin, group manager. I give Ecwid four stars. And for more reviews like this, click below. Before Ecwid, I used Shopify for a few weeks. You had the trial there. I had it in use. That was my experience of e-commerce before Ecwid. The reasons I chose Ecwid were mainly because I was new to e-commerce and I wanted something that was easy to get on board, we'll call it. Also, as well, it was integrating in with my existing WordPress site. I found it to be a good option. Getting started with Ecwid was quite simple really because I just used it through my WordPress site using a plugin, which I was up and running within a couple of hours with a fully maintained site with 10 products on it. My recommendation would be to give Ecwid a go because the beauty of it is that the free version offers you up to 10 products that you can use for life, which is unlike any other offering that I've seen out there. So, certainly, give it a go. You've got absolutely nothing to lose.
