It is easy to use, offers a great help desk solution, and is powered by AI. If you are looking for a chatbot to improve your customer service, I highly recommend Tiledesk.
Lag can occur when using the platform, which can be frustrating. As an open source platform with separate components, it can be difficult to deploy.
We evaluated the chat functionality which seems to be very useful and straight forward to integrate and the creating own Chatbot to reply is another interesting feature that we love.
