Lag can occur when using the platform, which can be frustrating. As an open source platform with separate components, it can be difficult to deploy.
We evaluated the chat functionality which seems to be very useful and straight forward to integrate and the creating own Chatbot to reply is another interesting feature that we love.
It has a lagging issue, it slows down the system. It does not meet expectations of heavy load.
The pre-trained models and the ability to train my own models on the project have also been incredibly useful. The community support and the active development of the project have also been fantastic.
Some of the things I don't really like about Tiledesk is the limited customization of the chat box. Another point is the lack of a slider tool to go through the chat history inside the chat box.
I liked most that Tiledesk is open-source and has a great development team behind it doing their absolute best to make features that other competitors provide at a much higher price or not at all.
Setting up a self instance was complicated. I'll leave that to the pros.
Clever Messengers customer support is amazing. And like I said, it seems like the software is constantly getting updates and addons.
The Lack Of Sales Training Is The Biggest Missing Ingredient.
The quality and depth of the product coupled with amazing support and documentation is top notch.
I am now out (Sensitive Content Hidden) for a product I am not using and they are refusing to be flexible on this.
The support I received was so kind and helpful that it will make you feel like you were working with your family or favorite friends. Truly authentic and truly kind people are running this company.
One thing that annoys me is that the builder suddenly hangs once in a while. It only happens sometimes, though.
I love how easy it is to get started with Clever Messenger. Their support team is amazing and very responsive too.
