Twice Commerce vs Reservety: Which is a better fit?

I started with Rental when they had a very cheap subscription, so it was the best tool for the buck. It is very slick in looks and is very easy to use.

Missing some translations when using different language than english.

More sophisticated reporting and analytics capabilities, more software customization options, and better customer service are all things I would like to see.

At the moment only one payment provider and no promo codes.

To us, we appreciate this function and will opt for the paid services once we reach a threshold of growth that enables us to invest more on the system. Its customer services is outstanding.

Maybe a little confusing backoffice. But not a deal breaker at all.

Rentle has been super helpful, any times I have had questions or needed help with anything the team have always been helpful and got me sorted very quickly.

For example, the customer information that can be collected from customers is limited to those related to sports.

The response and customer service I get is top notch. I'm not very tech savvy and this team is super responsive to help me with website changes and questions.

The things that I dislike about Reservety are very minimal.

It is very comprehensive, we use it for booking Snowsports Services and Sports Equipment Rental in English and Japanese. It is simple to use and the support for setup was nothing short of outstanding.

Weekly I have bots that send me fake emails requesting information from my contact form.

The ease of use and quality of website. Customer service was responsive and very helpful.

Nothing, I am so impressed that I struggle to find anything negative.

It’s built on woocommerce which can feel a little clunky when you’re in the development stages. Theming can be a little tough because of the nature of Wordpress/woocommerce.
