Professional services
The integration with ChiroTouch is great. The ease that our patients have in leaving a review is also great.
Stay away they will screw you for money with terrible customer services.
Customer Service is OUTSTANDING. Anytime I have a question or concern they are extremely helpful and resolve my issue in no time.
Can not think of anything I disliked about the software.
Overall, i've seen a great improvement on the amount of reviews we receive weekly. Definitely something that is worth celebrating.
The lack of sync with our PMS--we are having to send doctible notices manually.
I have used Docktible for several years and very successfully built a great set of honest reviews. Also, it's quick and easy to deal with customers with issues.
This company offers poor integration with practice management software.
Ruth M.: Hi. My name's Ruth. I am the office manager at Family Neck and Back. We have six employees full-time. We've been using Doctible since January. We switched from another company. So far, I would give it a four out of five just because it's a newer program and it doesn't offer everything that some of the others do. But that's probably why the price is a lot lower than some of the other companies. Years ago, we used Demandforce. At the time, they were not able to do multiple appointments for us and basically that's how we block schedule out is a patient's coming two times a week for six weeks. So that was not helpful when you had to do an appointment each time. From there, we switched to Solutionreach and their platform worked very well. Price just kept climbing and there was a lot of stuff that they offered that we really didn't need. But it was included. So we looked around and Doctible I believe contacted us and we tried them out for the month and decided that it was a good fit. We liked that it was web-based rather than app-based as Solutionreach was. So therefore it was a lot more accessible to everybody. If something happened and the weather was bad, we were at home, it was just so much easier for somebody to get on to Doctible, send out a mass message. Their pricing, you couldn't beat it. After the initial setup, we did have many issues with the server and trying to switch everything over where it would actually connect, had to get our IT person involved, which took a little bit of time. But after we got it set up, it's super easy to use. I mean, it's very self-explanatory. I think a five-year-old could probably come in here and use it, which most children can use technology better than us older people. But we mostly use it for the communicator and appointment reminders. The communicator, I mean, it is just a lifesaver. Patients love that they can just text and say, "Hey, I can't make it at 2:00. Put me down for 5:00 or switch me to another day." That's our biggest relief on the office is you don't have to call and remind appointments and most offices I know went to this type of situation. The appointment reminders, patients love it because it goes out 24 hours before and then also an hour before their appointment. It gives them directions. I believe it pulls up the Google map and gives them all the directions, traffic concerns, stuff like that. To go ahead, just try the 30 days. You're not locked in. You can still have your other reminder system up and if you don't like it, you'll switch back. But there's nothing not to like, as long as you don't care about all the bells and whistles of greeting cards and things like that, you can send out campaigns, newsletters to broadcast out to everybody. It does have the broadcast feature, away responses and templates that you can set up.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
